Origin Liftgate
Select this service when a loading dock is not available. A liftgate is a mechanical platform at the back of some trucks that is used to raise the freight from the ground onto the bed of the truck. Additional fees apply for this service.

Inside Pickup
Select this option if you need the driver to go inside (beyond the loading area described in Item 750 of the Rules Tariff) to pickup your shipment. Additional fees apply for this service.

Residential/Limited Access Pickup
Select this option if you are shipping from non-commercial, residential and/or private locations. For more see Rules Tariff #753. Additional fees apply for this service.

Delivery Notification
Select this option if you need R+L Carriers to contact the shipper or consignee to schedule a delivery appointment. Additional fees apply for this service.

Destination Liftgate
Select this service when a loading dock is not available. A liftgate is a platform at the back of certain trucks that can lower the shipment from the truck to the ground. Additional fees apply for this service.

Inside Delivery
Select this option if you need the driver to go inside (beyond the unloading area described in Item 750 of the Rules Tariff) to deliver your shipment. Additional fees apply for this service.

Residential/Limited Access Delivery

Waiver of Delivery Receipt:

When consignor, debtor or the consignee has made written arrangements with the carrier, where no representative of the consignee is present or available to receive their shipment, the shipment (s) will be delivered and unloaded by the carriers and left unattended at the address noted on the original bill of lading unless otherwise instructed by the consignor or the debtor. In consideration of R&L Carriers agreeing to deliver the shipment as requested, customer individually and for its respective heirs, executor, administrators and assigns, release and forever discharge, indemnify defend and hold harmless, Greenwood Motor Lines, Inc. d/b/a R&L Carriers, its owners, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, servants, successors, and assigns; its parent, subsidiary, affiliate, or sibling entities; its invitees, licenses and guest (collectively and individually "R&L Carriers"), from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, lawsuits, contracts, losses or damages, expenses (including attorney fees), and liability of any and every kind, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen that Customer, had, now has, or may ever have against R&L Carriers, directly or indirectly arising out of, in any way related to, or in connection with the shipment and /or delivery except when we are notified in writing within 24hrs from the date of delivery. All Claims must be submitted in writing, along with the required back up documentation in order for the claim to be reviewed.
