R+L Carriers Wins 11th Quest for Quality Award

9/9/2024 - Wilmington, Ohio - R+L Carriers received its eleventh accolade at the 41st Quest for Quality Awards, held annually by Logistics Management magazine. The monthly transportation and logistics publication worked in tandem with officials from Peerless Research Group (PRG) to survey qualified customers of supply chain management services and determine award recipients. This culminated in R+L earning a top placement in the National LTL Carriers category.
The research group received over 3,175 responses, with winners earning at least 5% of the category vote. On-time performance, value, information technology, customer service and operations/equipment were the five attributes used to determine award recipients in the National LTL Carriers group. This is a consecutive win for R+L Carriers, with the truckline receiving its last Quest for Quality award in 2023.
Logistic Managements Quest for Quality award has endured for four decades as an important measure of performance excellence and customer satisfaction.
