Choose R+L Carriers Guaranteed Hourly Window if you need your delivery within a specific period of the day. This service guarantees that a shipment will arrive within a defined hourly window (minimum 1 hour), or receive a zero balance invoice. Guarantee that your freight will arrive within an hourly window by selecting our Guaranteed Hourly Window on your Rate Quote or Pickup Request.

Our guarantee is that your shipment will arrive in the scheduled hourly window on the set standard transit date between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday thru Friday or there will be no charge for the shipment. Simply choose the option for Guaranteed Hourly Window on your pickup request.
